The Shelly Williams Company has completed many successful jobs in a variety of housing related properties. We provided heating & cooling systems for dormitories at nearly every university in our territory. We have provided design assistance & HVAC equipment for several multi-family housing organizations including Community Housing Partners, Virginia Housing Development Authority, Habitat for Humanity, Earth Craft & Passive Haus. We have also completed many condo & single family housing projects that include room comfort & ventilation. Retirement communities have also become concerned with energy efficiency and are great opportunity for several of our products.
