Traditional steam humidification is done by boiling water and injecting it directly or through ductwork into the space. We offer steam electrode, electric resistance & gas fired steam humidifiers. Steam is easily absorbed into the air and there is little opportunity for collecting moisture on surfaces or ductwork.

Adiabatic humidification is a more efficient method for humidifying a space. One approach is a nozzle systems that will use compressed air to atomize water molecules into the air. These systems work great in data centers, manufacturing facilities and evaporative cooling applications. The more popular adiabatic method is an ultrasonic humidifier. An ultrasonic humidifier uses a high frequency vibration across a membrane to vibrate the water molecules into tiny particles. These particles are easily absorbed into the air. Ultrasonic humidification can generate 1 Liter of water vapor with only 80 watts of power.
